I AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

I verify that I am at least 21 years of age. I give Mansion Creek Cellars permission to charge wine club shipments to my credit card on file.I authorize Mansion Creek Cellars to charge my credit card on file for all wine club shipments and applicable fees. I understand that all wine shipments must be received and signed for by an adult (21+) with valid ID.
SHIPMENTS—
Members are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and ensuring an adult (21+) is available to receive deliveries.

If a shipment is returned to the winery due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the credit card on file will be charged for applicable return fees. Reshipment will be arranged once a delivery date is confirmed, and additional shipping charges will apply.

Mansion Creek Cellars is not responsible for missed deliveries once shipment notifications have been provided.
PICKUP— We will hold wine club shipments for pick-up for up to 90 days following the release date.
If you are unable to pick up your order, shipment may be arranged at your expense with a confirmed delivery date.

Orders not picked up or rescheduled within 90 days will be considered unclaimed and will be converted to account credit for future use. Unclaimed wines may be reallocated or returned to inventory at the winery’s discretion.
WEATHER—We reserve the right to delay shipments due to extreme weather conditions to protect wine quality. Once a shipment is released at the member’s request, Mansion Creek Cellars is not responsible for weather-related damage.
NOTIFICATIONS & COMMUNICATION—Members are responsible for keeping contact information, shipping address, and payment details current. Email is our primary form of communication for club notifications and shipment updates.
CANCELLATION POLICY—Club membership is for a minimum of two (2) wine club releases or shipments (1 year). There is no fee to join the Wine Club. I may cancel my membership at any time with 30 days written notice. In the event of early termination, my account will be charged back for any discounts received as a member.
